Brilliant and hilarious! Don't need anymore words. The cartton says it all, Satish. Thanks for giving me a good start to a long day.

The spirit of Mumbai is not just surviving bombs and bullets, it's more of live and let live, enduring daily commutes that are not for the weak of heart, to be professional no matter what, to reach out to people in the worst of times, to live an ordinary life in an extraordinary city...

Thank you Aham. Thank you for your rare candour, one that blows the lid off a violent volcano in our own backyards. Thank you for opening our eyes to the fact it's upon us to ensure that our kids grow up as kids. Thank you for teaching us when to say no. Thank you also for teaching us to repose faith in life, despite the worst. Lastly... Victims of child sexual abuse are tried under the rape law… which speaks about “outraging the modesty of a woman”. Anyone still think this country is governed by just laws?

Good skills, Prachi. Your piece made me reminisce the good ol' days of yore! Double deckers, Victoria's plying the Marine Drive, all the classic cinemas of town, travelling circus at Cross Maidan, the Zoo... even the vegetable markets. I completely relate with what you were thinking when writing this one.

Thanks for the hot news Prachi. Meanwhile, "smart" Indians have chosen a new worthy successor to a violent sun on the wane. Congratulations to all who voted to bring home the new terror within. May you be willingly terrorized for the next 5 years.

Re: Ishqiya - Songs - Music by Vishal Bharadwaj
Very refreshing and "real" review. Real because it doesn't drown us in the intricacies of music, to which few give a damn anyway. This review tells it like it is (I've heard the music too). All the tracks are out-of-the-box, but Ibn Batuta and Dil to Bachcha hai stand out. The movie promises something new too...
