TAKE OWNERSHIP

1) The wall project group and the event whole event is a public event created by the public. make sure we respect each other and work in a civilized manner. every one including the wall project team/volunteers are coming to paint and not police. they will help, guide, smile, talk, paint with you, But please be proactive and enjoy the event. :)

2) Make lines and maintain discipline at the BMC supply truck.

3) The objective is not free paint from BMC. objective is to bring out a new visual experience in public. please stay away from the notion of free paint. paints are very cheap to buy. to avoid rush and chaos, we can always go buy paints.

4) Help each other to understand the project and guide new people around you.

5) Everything will be available around you just take ownership to find it. be proactive.

6) Don't hold the paints with you, please share with everyone around you.

7) Respect the BMC team and help them in helping us.

8) Make sure every left over material is returned and while leaving we keep the place clean and dispose the necessary.

9) Use the water available in the tanks to wash brushes and keep them clean so others can also use it.
last times experience: people who ignored putting leftover paints back, or threw it here and there or didn't trash paint buckets/cans properly found some nice paintings tampered with by street urchins who used those leftover stuff over it.

10) We need volunteers for sunday who can help us co-ordinate. those who are interested please reach either of the trucks at 8:00 am tomorrow. and this if you can email and rsvp would be great. email at info@thewallproject.com

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

* no adverts, no religious writings/symbols on the wall, hopefully no political slogans, no foul language.
* being a weekend some paint/hardware shops may be shut or close shop early, so you would want to check on what you require in advance. or else call 2888 8888 JustDial. the paints to buy : oil paints/ acrylic emulsions.
** clean up around you once your wall is complete
