Day 3 was comaparatively low OVERALL with a mixture of events ranging from Urdu poems to Jagjit Singh.

Day 3 started almost like the first day. The Urdu poets of Bhurani college repeated their poems. For more info look into the link provided

The day  also introduced a new singer named RK, who reminided of Kishore Da, by singing his famous and well known songs from the past.

CHASE ENTERTAINMENT partners Vanita and Aditi introducing yet another out of the blue concept this year with modern flute by National Kumar Gandharva Award winner and Grammy Nominee World Musician Ranendranath Majumdar, who is popularly known as Ronu Majumdar.Chase Entertainment presented Ronu Majumdar in a Jugal bandi which rocked the stage. The video is a must watch.

Qwaali done by Rakesh Pandit got the crowd going crazy with the Sufiyaana andaaz added to the whole equation.

 

But the end couldnt have been better. Who better to end a day filled with the "Tehzeeb Andaaz", the one and only Jagjit Singh.

He got the crowd cheering, singing and laughing with his one liners on the sound department. He was certainly in the lime-light from the very start with his famous "Hoshwalon ko khabar kya"(from the movie Sarfarosh). His crew helped him by playing punjabi tunes in between two ghazals which made the crowd more lively.

The entire credit goes to the crowd. The crowd came in large numbers and appreciated everyone. We were amazed to find out the number of young generation loving GHAZALS. But Alas we werent able to take an interview of the Ghazal Maestro due to heavy mob. Atleast we got to hear our favorite ghazals from the best.

Thus the day ended with on an enthusiastic air. Placing high hopes on the last day.
