The special Christmas menu, ‘Off the bone” prepared by Chef Manu Chandra has succulent appetisers like Steak House Salad, Tuna Carpaccio, Pear, Cranberry & Goat cheese Salad, a scrumptious main course which includes Spring Chicken, Pot Roast, Duck with Passionfruit, Cranberry and Clove Sauce, your taste buds with desserts like Peach Cobbler, Inverted Pavlova, Tableside Flambe – Plum Pudding and the bar will be stirring up some special cocktails like mulled wine which is red wine infused with spices and The 3 wise men which is a concoction of Vodka, Whisky, Rum, Butterscotch & Cream.

Add to this, the feel of Olive’s rustic interiors overlooking the stables, quaint cobblestone exteriors and the pebble stoned courtyard, with some foot tapping music and e quello che hai!, you are all set to spread Christmas cheer.
