The 1st day at kalaghoda art festival and it was a super event everythig abut it was awesome......from ambience to the atmosphere crowd to the music celebrities to thedifferent art stall.... people and children of all ages were present at the inaugral day of the fest....models, tv stars, film persnaliies,VIPs and diplomats were all present there....the organisers and crew of the kala ghoda festival were all ears,very helpful friendly and supportive.

 People where thronging around Jackie Shrof when he arrived and ran behind every small or big celebrity they could see....the commissioner of Mumbai Mr. Shivnandan was also present to inaugrate the mumbai police stall and to lend out his suppourt to people of mumbai and the kala ghoda art festival and yh crowd ha a merry time with te salsa,samba dancers and the show stopper was Anusha Manchanda wit her singing and grooving to hit songs all and all a great first day ....if this was the mini festival we an expect a lot at the main festival.

the kala ghoda fest is a very large scale festival of art so it is but natural that the reparations have to be on time, up to the mark and well in advance and so was the case at kala ghoda.......workers , crew and staff members were busy doing their respective work and were seeing to it that it was completed properly i time so that here is no complaint when celebriies like Jackie Shroff , Mr. Shivanandan ,Anushka Manchandani and all arrive and their performances are done properly on time....and hats off!!!! to the crew and staff that it was all complete on tme and also was up to the mark crowd was controlled and barricades were put up around the stage and in between was the reserved areas for celebrities where the sitting arrangement was made...what an efficent crew...i must say!!

being an art festival all forms of art and culture are promoted at kala ghoda.....music,dance,

a group of 5 - 6 students approximately from burani college who are also working for citizens of peace they recited peace poetry for peace and humanity....they also had attended a peace conference in new delhi they were practsing for this event since along time and being college students they had to give up their diwali vacations....they even had to face alot of problems in pronounciations ''talafuz'' of urdu words but they still did it...and the main thing they even attended a video conference talk with pakistani students across the border for peace..now isnt that cool.
