I don't think, I need to make use of words, the picture says it all. Time has come to stop playing the blame game and get a little responsible.
We cannot blame others if we lack civic sense. Maybe you don't do it, but next time if you catch someone, DON'T THINK, just correct them.

well said.. i am indeed publishing this picture in the times of India. i spotted this in my area but this is all over mumbai and mumbaikars tend to ignore when they see someone is doing a mistake people just walk away. it is indeed a shame, people spit where its said " no spitting" people park where theres "no parking" and pedestrians don't have place to walk. its all a mess its only WE who can start cleaning with our words.

I think people in Mumbai are very lazy when it comes to cleaning up after themselves. They keep thinking someone else will clean up after them. The beach cleaners come everyday but if people had some basic civic sense then they would not throw the garbage on the beach and instead in the dustbins. How hard can that be??

I think we should start a name and shame program. I encourage all Mumbaikars who really want to make a difference in their city to start posting images about their locality to highlight these issues. We should get our BMC and the Police to start imposing on the spot fines for these people.
