The roads were empty- offices were called off on an emergency. Yes, its defnitely important to be cautious especially in a city like Mumbai. However, dont you think it was hyped today? The crowded roads in SoBo was empty- literally! I feel somewhere people are loosing to analyse- understand- diffrentiate and act on critical issues and situtations.
